click on the Book Us link above and fill out our online request form.
After we check availability we will create a contract for your event.
Once
you receive the contract from us, please print it out, sign and date your copy
of the contract at the bottom, fill out the credit card information as it is written
on your card (there is a 3.5% processing fee with all credit card transaction),
and fax back the contract. Once the credit card has been processed we will co-sign
the contract and fax a copy of the contract back to you with a copy of the transaction
receipt.
Or
call us and we will take the credit card information over the phone, after which
you will still need to fax a signed copy of the contract before we consider the
job booked.
If
you do not feel comfortable using a credit card, make two copies of your contract,
sign and date one copy, then make your payment by mailing a check made payable
to Bobby the Balloon Guy Inc. with the signed contract care of Bobby the Balloon
Guy to the address of: 10332 Willow Oaks Trail, Boynton Beach, FL 33473. (all
check deposits have a 5 business day processing period and must be sent 2 weeks
prior to your event date)
If
you are sending a check and your event is within the next 5 days, please overnight
the deposit to 10332 Willow Oaks Trail, Boynton Beach, FL 33473
If

The
balance must be paid in cash for the full amount and must be presented to our
employee before services begin. The contract must be signed and faxed or emailed
back to us in order for us to send out an entertainer for your event.
